Product Return Terms

I. Product return for repair

In case it is found that the product has a technical malfunction, and if this is confirmed by the technicians of zontovolos.gr, which provides the legal guarantee of good operation, under the above conditions, the following shall apply:

1. A product that is covered either by the legal guarantee of good operation of zontovolos.gr, is repaired without any charge to the consumer.

The repair of a product outside the legal warranty is possible at a charge to the consumer and after his information and approval, which will be costed based on the prices of the actual state of repair and spare parts, using the Euro as the unit of calculation.

If a malfunction is detected upon arrival and receipt of the product and if the customer informs the company within 24 hours, then the enhanced/advanced warranty DOA 7 (Dead on Arrival) is activated and a repair or replacement is made within 7 working days.

2. In order to send a product to the company for inspection and repair, you must first contact us by phone.

3. In the case of a product that has been excluded from legal warranty, the consumer bears the shipping costs.

4. If a malfunction is detected by the technicians of zontovolos.gr and after prior communication with the customer and after his approval, the product is repaired.

In the event that it is not possible to repair or replace it with another similar one due to unavailability, the product will be replaced by another, similar, corresponding or better characteristics and of the same or higher value, free from any type of malfunction.

5. Counting from the day a product is withdrawn, the necessary parts for repair service should be supplied for 3 years. If product parts are sold or upgrade services are provided then upgrade fee can be discussed.

II. Return of product, which is defective upon delivery

1. The defective product, if returned by the consumer with its original packaging, accompanying documents and manuals and all the parts and accessories contained in the packaging, is checked by our technicians to determine the defect reported by the consumer.

2. In case of a defective product, the company will repair the defect and if this is not possible, the defective product will be replaced with another similar one without defect, or in case of unavailability with another product of the same quality and price.

3. The defective product is repaired or replaced at no charge to the consumer.

III. Return of non-defective products - Customer's right of withdrawal without reason

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason and without any charge from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

1. The consumer must return the product in the original condition in which it was received, provided that it has not been used or damaged.

2. The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.

3. Following the declaration of withdrawal, the company is obliged to return the price collected within 14 days from the receipt of the product to a bank account at most.

4. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the consumer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the company.

5. The consumer is liable to the company if he used the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

6. The above conditions apply to consumers exclusively in accordance with N2251/94.

If the return concerns a professional where an invoice is issued and is not the final recipient, then no refund is made but a credit invoice of the corresponding value is issued for a future purchase.

7. The Withdrawal does not concern defective products or products in which there is a lack of agreed quality, which are covered by their respective guarantees.
